Our AI and Data Strategy practitioners focused on Finance Transformation sit at the intersection of Finance functional expertise and applied AI. We are looking for practitioners who don't just advise on AI and data in the abstract — we need people who deeply understand how Finance functions operate, where the friction lives, and how to engineer smarter solutions using AI and data to fundamentally transform Finance processes. This is not a generalist role. Our clients need advisors who can credibly engage with a CFO, understand their FP&A cycle or Controllership challenges, and translate that into a concrete AI-enabled transformation roadmap.

As an AI & Data Strategy Senior Manager focused on CFO & Enterprise Value, you will:

• Lead Finance-specific AI strategy engagements — define a compelling vision for how data and AI can reinvent core Finance functions including FP&A, Controllership, Financial Close, Treasury, and Tax.
• Apply an engineering problem-solving mindset — creatively identify where AI, automation, and data solutions can eliminate friction, reduce manual effort, and generate new insight within Finance processes.
• Conduct Finance AI and Data Assessments — evaluate the maturity of a client's Finance data assets, technology stack, and AI readiness to identify highest-value transformation opportunities.
• Design Finance Process Reinvention — map current Finance processes, identify AI intervention points, and develop future-state process designs that embed intelligence at their core.
• Develop Finance AI Functional Designs — translate Finance process requirements into AI solution designs, working closely with technology and data engineering teams to ensure buildability and fit.
• Build the business case and roadmap — create investment profiles, value models, and sequenced roadmaps to deliver Finance AI transformations with measurable ROI.
• Shape AI Operating Model design — define the people, processes, governance, and technology structures needed to sustain AI-enabled Finance operations.
• Infuse Responsible AI — embed ethical AI principles into Finance AI strategy and solution design, ensuring auditability, explainability, and compliance with Finance regulatory requirements.
• Build trusted client relationships — serve as a credible advisor to CFOs and Finance leadership, combining Finance domain fluency with hands-on AI and data expertise.
• Originate and shape new opportunities — lead go-to-market activities, develop points of view, and drive the full sales cycle for Finance AI & Data engagements.
• Ability to travel up to 80%; travel as needed based on client expectations.

Qualification

Here’s What You Need:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7+ years of experience in Finance functional roles or Finance transformation consulting — you have direct, hands-on experience working within or transforming Finance functions (FP&A, Controllership, Financial Close, Treasury, or Tax)
• 7+ years of AI & Data experience — including solutioning, designing, or delivering AI & Data projects, with demonstrated application to Finance use cases
• 7+ years of high-value consulting experience, including large-scale delivery with minimal oversight and proven ability to lead workstreams and meet deadlines
• 2+ years in AI & Data delivery specifically within finance space
• Demonstrable experience with one or more of the following in a Finance context:
• Finance AI Strategy & Business Case development
• Finance Data Assessment
• Finance AI Technology Assessment
• Finance Process Reinvention
• Finance Process AI Functional Design
• AI Operating Model Design for Finance functions
• Experience leading senior-level (C-suite or C-level minus 1) conversations, including with CFOs and Finance leadership
• Engineering problem-solver mindset — ability to apply technology creatively to complex Finance business problems
• Strong program management and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to originate and shape new deals and lead go-to-market activities
• Excellent leadership and people skills: proven ability to build effective teams, foster collaboration and inclusion, and build strong client relationships
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)

• Master's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or related)
• Experience with Finance AI platforms and tools (e.g., Anaplan, OneStream, SAP, Oracle EPM, Workiva, or AI-native Finance tools)
• Familiarity with Finance regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to AI (SOX, IFRS, GAAP)

• Design and develop custom software solutions across various system components.
• Create implementation or integration approaches for applications and components.

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Spring Boot
• HS Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Apache Kafka
• Advanced proficiency in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Azure Cosmos DB
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

Job Description

Full Stack LLM Development Manager (Accenture LLP; Houston, TX): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Full Stack LLM Development Manager in Houston, TX, and the job duties are as follows:

• Design, develop, and modify scalable full-stack solutions that integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), leveraging Azure services, including Azure Databricks, Azure AI, and Azure Data Factory to meet business and user requirements.
• Build and optimize Azure Data Factory pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and AI-enhanced analysis of large-scale datasets from healthcare and enterprise domain.
• Modify existing software and transition systems to modern platforms that optimize performance and maintainability.
• Design and manage CI/CD workflows using Azure DevOps and Docker.
• Develop and automate operational workflows that support efficient deployment, scaling, and monitoring of system components utilizing PowerShell and Bash.
• Monitor system performance, AI model performance and apply software modifications to meet performance and reliability standards.
• Design and conduct system testing and validation procedures to ensure operational continuity and compliance.
• Supervise software development cycles and collaborate with stakeholders to align implementation with design feasibility, cost constraints, and business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop scalable, AI-powered features and workflows.
• Supervise the work of programmers and technical staff, review project code for consistency, and train team members in system best practices.

Qualification

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

• Building data solutions utilizing Azure Databricks, Data Factory, Logic Apps, Functions, Web Apps, Web Jobs, and Azure Key Vault;
• Managing cloud storage and messaging services including Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, and Service Bus;
• Monitoring and performance tuning data pipelines and applications using Azure Application Insights for real-time telemetry tracking;
• Utilizing Stream Analytics to perform real-time data ingestion and processing;
• Utilizing Log Analytics Workspace to perform log data analysis to ensure operational efficiency and compliance;
• Implementing CI/CD pipelines and cloud automation using Azure DevOps, PowerShell, and Docker; and
• Developing custom components and data transformation logic, automating data workflows, and building REST APIs, utilizing Python.

Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

• Leading cross-functional teams and reviewing code to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to secure, industry-standard design practices; and
• Defining solution architectures by establishing data modeling standards and creating high-level design documents.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.

Job Description

Quality Engineering Manager (Accenture LLP; Beaverton, OR): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Quality Engineering Manager in Beaverton, OR, and the job duties are as follows:

• Design and maintain master test plan that encompasses test strategy for functional and end-to-end testing, test environments, and automation approach.
• Define test models (plans, data, scripts, and expected results) and entry/exit criteria.
• Drive quality testing solutions by planning and constructing test scripts through use of quality processes and methodologies for Accenture or its clients.
• Define, track, and publish test metrics, including code coverage, quality, and performance to the team and client.
• Execute testing efforts by delivering application and component releases.
• Coordinate and execute regression testing, test automation, performance testing, functionality, and user acceptance testing.
• Determine and meet time estimates and schedules for testing efforts.
• Develop, update, and maintain quality testing standards and procedures.
• Lead others on the testing team and manage process questions and issues.
• Optimize process and methods to deliver quality work.
• Allocate test resources and guide on priorities to application tests in a multi-test environment and different testing phases.
• Act independently to determine methods and procedures for new assignments.
• Make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management and adhere to strategic direction provided.

Qualification

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

• Utilizing Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies to deliver IT projects;
• Utilizing Quality Center and Jira to manage testing, defects, and user stories;
• Utilizing performance and API testing tools, including Micro focus load runner, performance center, Blaze Meter, Apache JMeter, Visual Studio Load Test, SOAP UI, and POSTMAN;
• Building performance solutions for web applications, windows/web/WCF services, SQL, using Visual studio load test, JUnit, MSTest, C#, Microsoft SQL server and Entity framework technologies;
• Version control and source control systems, including Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Git;
• Project management, including creating and managing project work plans, identifying and tracking risks and issues, managing a team and end-to-end project delivery, and status reporting;
• Conducting defect triage meetings with development and business teams;
• Overseeing performance testing planning, including stress and load testing using JMeter; and
• Creating detailed quality assurance reporting on test management, execution, and defects, for program governance meetings.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.

The work:
As an Oracle Cloud Technical Architect, you will design, implement, and optimize Oracle Cloud SaaS and PaaS solutions, leveraging your expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to drive digital transformation. You will act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver innovative, scalable, and secure solutions aligned with business goals.

• Develop and implement Oracle Cloud SaaS/PaaS architectures.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders.
• Optimize system performance and implement best practices.
• Solve complex technical challenges and ensure seamless integration.

This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office. Hiring locations are Atlanta, Dallas or Tampa.

Qualification

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience with Oracle Cloud SaaS/PaaS Architecture.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Bonus points if:

• Experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) migration and modernization.
• Expertise in Oracle Cloud Applications Technical, including integration and customization.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, scalability, and performance optimization.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
