You Are:
We are seeking a Technical Architect to lead the architecture and technical direction for enterprise-scale software and platform solutions. This role is responsible for defining end-to-end solution architectures, governing technical quality, and acting as a trusted technology advisor across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Own and drive end-to-end architecture for enterprise software platforms, shared services, and applications.
- Define target-state and transition architectures, including system decomposition, integration patterns, and data flows.
- Lead architecture decisions (build/buy/reuse) and clearly articulate trade-offs, risks, and dependencies.
- Act as a technology advisor to business and technical stakeholders, translating business objectives into pragmatic solutions.
- Facilitate architecture workshops, design reviews, and technical discussions to drive alignment and decision-making.
- Establish and enforce architecture standards and governance, including security, scalability, performance, resilience, and operability.
- Partner with engineering, DevOps, and operations teams to ensure solutions are implementable and production-ready.
- Proactively identify and mitigate cross-team dependencies and architectural risks.
- Mentor senior engineers and junior architects; promote consistency, best practices, and engineering excellence.
This is a hybrid role and will require three days per week in the office. Hiring location is Columbus, OH. May consider qualified applicants in Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX.
Qualification
Here's what you need:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering with significant architecture ownership including experience influencing technical decisions across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- A minimum of 3 years designing enterprise-scale software or platform solutions as a Technical Architect including strong understanding of modern architecture patterns (micro-frontend frameworks, microservices, event-driven, API-first, domain-driven design).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus points if:
- Experience building or leading platform-grade capabilities (API platforms, integrations layers, workflow/automation platforms, shared services).
- Strong experience with cloud-native architectures, managed cloud services, and container (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
- Expertise in API and integration patterns (REST, gRPC, GraphQL, API gateways, OAuth2/JWT).
- Experience with DevOps and platform engineering practices (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automated deployments).
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures, observability, monitoring, and operational readiness.
- Understanding of Generative & Agentic AI concepts, including LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, and responsible AI considerations.
- Experience or exposure to GenAI tools and platforms (e.g., enterprise copilots, LLM APIs, vector databases, RAG-based architectures).
- Architecture or cloud certifications are a plus

The work:
The work in our Cloud Innovation Center is highly dynamic. Starting with our Lean XP (eXtreme Programming) delivery methodologies, you will be working in a team to deliver value to our customers. Our engineers work in a 1:1 pairing model to be both a mentor and student of their software craft. Using a TDD (Test Driven Development) methodology, you will ensure that you are building high quality software at pace.
- Work with the Cloud Native Architecture Team to deliver client solutions beyond 12 factor applications born for the cloud
- Design and deliver complex custom applications designed to enable change for our clients businesses
- Work on every phase of creating Cloud Native applications across cloud providers like AWS, Azure, GCP, and others
- Conduct assessments, build blueprints and roadmaps, build proofs of concept, and write technical points of view

Qualification
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of Object Orient Programming Language (Java/JVM, .Net, NodeJs, or Python preferred)

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Spring Frameworks

Key Responsibilities:
- As a Quality Engineer (Tester), you will be responsible for enabling full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle.
- Your day-to-day activities will include performing continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite, creating automation strategies, developing automated scripts, and supporting data and environment configuration.
- You will participate in code reviews, monitor, and report defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.
- You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues early in the development process.
- Validate data accuracy and consistency through database checks and manual batch testing.
- Create and maintain test cases, scripts, and documentation using Parasoft SOA Test.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to understand both functional and technical aspects of the services being tested.
- Utilize automation tools to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-to-end testing activities as required.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality engineering to continuously enhance testing processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Test Execution and Management is required.
- Advanced proficiency in System Defect Management is recommended.
- Additionally, advanced proficiency in System Integration Testing and Quality Engineering Strategy Implementation is suggested.
Onsite client work required 3 days a week in: Charlotte NC, Atlanta GA, Plano TX, Addison TX, or Dallas TX
Client Mandated Time Away: 5 days per quarter
Qualification
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in QA / Automation Testing
- 4+ years of hands-on Selenium Automation (expert level)

- Experience in Test Management & Defect Tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM)
- Strong experience in System Integration Testing (SIT) & regression testing
- Understanding of CI/CD and continuous testing practices

An experienced Epic Willow Inpatient and Willow Ambulatory Consultant
The Work:
Depending on the client engagement, the Epic Willow Inpatient and Willow Ambulatory Consultant will be responsible for collaborating with Accenture team, software vendor team, and client in the following areas.
- Document current state business workflows.
- Assist with the analysis and design of new business workflows.
- Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
- Provide input into high level functional specifications.
- Work with project managers, architects, business analysts and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application.
- Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
- Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.
- Participate in quality management reviews of the design and performance of work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements.
- Perform or advise on system configuration and integration setup and assist with testing activities.
- Serve as an intermediary with client's Epic team and Accenture tech leads to support bilateral understanding of data structures, workflows and technology capabilities and limitations.
- Assist in the development and documentation of data requests and source to target mapping.
- Other duties as assigned. This work may include implementation, optimization, upgrades, and application support.
This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office. Hiring locations are Nashville, TN; Atlanta, GA or Columbus OH.
Qualification
Here is what you need:
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Healthcare IT in an Epic Willow Inpatient and Willow Ambulatory Analyst role
• Experience and certification in Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Epic Willow Ambulatory
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus points if you have:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working for a consulting firm
• Experience in at least 1 full implementation of Epic
• Experience in Epic Inventory, Epic Beacon, Epic Clinical Documentation, Epic Cupid, Epic Radiant, or Epic ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:
- As a Quality Engineer (Tester), you will be responsible for enabling full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle.

- Validate data accuracy and consistency through database checks and manual batch testing.
- Create and maintain test cases, scripts, and documentation using Parasoft SOA Test.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to understand both functional and technical aspects of the services being tested.
- Utilize automation tools to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-to-end testing activities as required.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality engineering to continuously enhance testing processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Test Execution and Management is required.
- Advanced proficiency in System Defect Management is recommended.
- Additionally, advanced proficiency in System Integration Testing and Quality Engineering Strategy Implementation is suggested.
Onsite client work required 3 days a week in: Charlotte NC, Atlanta GA, Plano TX, Addison TX, or Dallas TX
Client Mandated Time Away: 5 days per quarter
Qualification
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in QA / Automation Testing
- 4+ years of hands-on Selenium Automation (expert level)
- 3+ years of API Testing experience (REST/Soap tools)
- Experience in Test Management & Defect Tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM)
- Strong experience in System Integration Testing (SIT) & regression testing

An experienced Epic Revenue Cycle Analyst with either HB or PB
The Work:
Depending on the client engagement, the Epic Revenue Cycle Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with Accenture team, software vendor team, and client in the following areas.
- Document current state business workflows.
- Assist with the analysis and design of new business workflows.
- Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
- Provide input into high level functional specifications.
- Work with project managers, architects, business analysts and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application.
- Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
- Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.
- Participate in quality management reviews of the design and performance of work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements.
- Perform or advise on system configuration and integration setup and assist with testing activities.
- Serve as an intermediary with client's Epic team and Accenture tech leads to support bilateral understanding of data structures, workflows and technology capabilities and limitations.
- Assist in the development and documentation of data requests and source to target mapping.
- Other duties as assigned. This work may include implementation, optimization, upgrades, and application support.
This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office. Hiring locations are Nashville, TN, Atlanta, GA, Dallas, TX or Columbus, OH.
Qualification
Here is what you need:
• Minimum of 1 years experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle as an Epic Certified HB or PB Analyst.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus points if you have:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working for a consulting firm
• Experience in at least 1 full implementation of Epic
• Experience in Epic PB/ PB Claims, HB/HB Claims, Charge Router, Real Time Eligibility, rev cycle back end knowledge of applications
