What we're looking for
Ph.D. in Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 15 years of progressive research and technical leadership experience in autonomous systems, robotics, machine learning, and/or human-machine teaming.
Proven track record of moving robotics or autonomy technology from research into deployment in real operational settings like manufacturing or defense.
Demonstrated success securing external research funding from sources such as NSF, DARPA, DoD, or industry consortia.
Strong technical depth in at least two areas including collaborative autonomy, machine learning, cognitive systems, computer vision, task planning, or safety.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and must meet U.S. Person status for export-controlled information.
Ability to attain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
