You Are:

Accenture is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Supply Chain Operations Senior Manager. In this role, you will collaborate with external / internal clients to execute supply chain operations such as, SC Planning and Fulfillment, Materials Management, and Product Master Data Maintenance, continuous improvement initiatives and ensure supply chain solutions are addressing related client metrics and contracted SLAs for designated service. Manage delivery of practice services including inventory management and operational cost savings achievement. Demonstrate mastery in forecasting and scheduling, strategic development and performance delivery of the supply chain operations function.

The Work:

Lead Global Demand Planning:

  • Architect and manage the global demand planning process, ensuring robust statistical forecasting, demand signal integration, and scenario planning across multiple business units and geographies.

Advanced Forecasting & Analytics:

  • Deploy and optimize advanced forecasting models (e.g., ARIMA, exponential smoothing, machine learning algorithms) using platforms such as O9, Databricks, SAP IBP, and Forecast Pro.

Data Integration & Automation:

  • Integrate demand signals from multiple sources (historical sales, POS, market intelligence, promotions, external data) into a unified planning platform. Automate data pipelines and reporting dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and SAP Analytics Cloud.

S&OP Process Leadership:

  • Lead the monthly S&OP cycle, facilitating cross-functional consensus meetings, scenario modeling, and risk mitigation strategies. Ensure seamless alignment between demand, supply, finance, and commercial teams.

Inventory Optimization:

  • Apply advanced inventory optimization techniques (multi-echelon, safety stock modeling, ABC/XYZ analysis) to balance service levels, working capital, and supply constraints.

Exception Management:

  • Develop and implement exception-based planning workflows, leveraging alerts and root-cause analytics to proactively address forecast deviations and demand-supply gaps.

Digital Transformation:

  • Drive digital transformation initiatives in demand planning, including the adoption of AI/ML-based forecasting, digital twins, and real-time analytics.

Master Data Governance:

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of planning-relevant master data (product, customer, location) across all systems (SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, EDM).

Continuous Improvement:

  • Lead Kaizen, Lean, or Six Sigma projects to streamline demand planning processes, reduce forecast error, and enhance planning cycle efficiency.

Team Development:

  • Mentor and upskill the demand planning team in advanced analytics, planning systems, and best-in-class methodologies.

Qualification

Here's what you need:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience managing global planning operations within the retail, consumer products, or packaging industry (beauty sector experience preferred).

Bonus points if:

  • Preferably MBA or relevant post graduate degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field; bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field (minimum)
  • Deep expertise in statistical forecasting, demand sensing, and causal modeling.
  • Experience implementing and leading S&OP/IBP processes, including scenario planning and what-if analysis.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based planning platforms and API integrations.
  • Experience with automation tools (UiPath, Alteryx) for planning process efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory optimization, replenishment algorithms, and supply chain network modeling.
  • Experience in change management and digital transformation within supply chain planning.
  • Experience in planning software(O9) / ERP Ariba SAP & ECC modules and latest digitization trends in Supply Chain
  • Knowledge of beauty industry and regional / affiliate market trends
  • Relationship management - build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues

You Are:

Accenture is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Global Supply Chain Operations Manager. The role will lead and optimize Supply Planning processes across internal and external networks, ensuring inventory accuracy, material availability, and seamless execution of supply chain operations. The Manager will collaborate with suppliers, third-party manufacturers (TPMs), and internal stakeholders to balance service levels, working capital, and operational efficiency. The position also requires continuous improvement initiatives, digital transformation, and compliance with supply chain standards, while mentoring teams to achieve excellence.

The Work:

Supply Planning & Execution

  • Develop and manage short- to mid-term supply plans across TPMs and internal manufacturing sites, ensuring feasibility based on capacity, material availability, and demand requirements.
  • Execute all aspects of Purchase Order (PO) management: creation, confirmation, expedite/de-expedite, cancellation, and lifecycle tracking.
  • Monitor and reconcile inventory discrepancies between vendor locations and SAP systems, ensuring 98% inventory accuracy across external partners.
  • Manage redeployment of materials globally across sites and distribution centers to minimize excess and obsolescence.
  • Coordinate destruction processes (DAVs), scrapping, and blocked stock disposition in compliance with company policies.
  • Track and resolve quality notifications, deviations, and material expiration issues.

Supplier & Third-Party Manufacturing (TPM) Management

  • Serve as the key point of contact for supplier relationship management, conducting regular reviews of supplier performance and production alignment with company requirements.
  • Collaborate with TPMs to secure supply commitments, monitor capacity constraints, and escalate unresolved issues.
  • Publish build forecasts and manage TPM scorecards to evaluate performance against commitments.

Inventory Optimization & Reporting

  • Monitor inventory levels, freshness, and blocked stock across external partners, ensuring timely and accurate reporting into IBP and FP&A functions.
  • Create and maintain dashboards/reports on supplier performance, inventory turnover, scrap rates, and excess stock.
  • Conduct cycle counts and year-end stock counts at vendor sites, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Continuous Improvement & Digital Transformation

  • Lead process simplification and improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to enhance planning efficiency and reduce forecast errors.
  • Drive adoption of automation tools (SAP, Ariba, UiPath, Alteryx) and analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud) for reporting and exception management.
  • Implement best practices in supply planning, inventory control, and master data governance.

Qualification

Here's what you need:

  • A minimum 8 years of professional experience in supply chain management,
  • A minimum of 5 years focused on Supply Planning in a Supply Chain position
  • A minimum of 3 years experience with materials management, fulfillment, or master data management

Bonus points if:

  • Experience within the Beauty Supply Chain industry is highly preferred
  • Deep expertise in supply planning, inventory optimization, and capacity planning across global networks.
  • Experience with analytics and scenario modeling tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud).
  • Experience leading and implementing S&OP/IBP processes at a global scale.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain network design, risk management, and digital transformation.
  • Experience with automation tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and integration of external data sources for supply planning.
  • Team development and leadership in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and foster a high-performing, team-oriented environment.

Job Description

The Lead Clinical Data Manager (LCDM) is a Career Level 9 (CL9) responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of clinical data systems and processes (including change management) to ensure high-quality data collection and integrity across clinical trials. This role plays a critical part in driving innovation, ensuring compliance, and collaborating cross-functionally to support successful trial execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management Leadership: Direct the development and maintenance of clinical trial databases for pharmaceutical and biologic compounds.
  • Data Integrity & Quality: Design and execute comprehensive edit checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Collaborate to resolve complex data discrepancies and ensure clean datasets.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop Data Validation Plan; partner with study teams to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and communicate findings with investigator sites.
  • Process Innovation: Lead the implementation of paperless studies using Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems and contribute to process optimization while reinforcing change management principles.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clinical researchers, project managers, statisticians, and other stakeholders to meet project goals.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Implement Quality by Design (QbD) frameworks.

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Minimum 12 years of experience or 6 years with an Associate’s Degree).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in one of a combination of the following areas: clinical data management, project management and or clinical trial technology experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in in Data Management, MIS, Biological/Clinical Sciences, or related field.
  • Proven leadership in clinical data management.
  • Expertise in EDC systems and clinical trial technologies.
  • Familiarity with CDISC CDASH/SDTM standards.
  • Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Job Description

Packaged Application Development Associate Manager (Accenture LLP; Arlington, VA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Packaged Application Development Associate Manager in Arlington, VA, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Develop or update project plans for information technology projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.
  • Develop system specifications and interfaces for moderately complex components.
  • Provide primary support for installation of application releases into production.
  • Maintain applications according to SLAs.
  • Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of information technology projects.
  • Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system rollouts, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications.
  • Understand strategic direction, and implement methods and procedures set by management.
  • Work with team members to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications.
  • Provide performance feedback for project team members.

Qualification

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Implementing, configuring, upgrading and maintaining Oracle Enterprise packaged applications, databases in On-premises, and public and private Cloud infrastructure services;
  • Leading the projection execution technical team and point of escalation for the technical issues in the project;
  • Interfacing with project management and leadership team on project related tasks, issues and escalations;
  • Leading troubleshooting and triage of performance and health problems of database and application instances and servers in public and private clouds and provide resolution;
  • Implementing, configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion Middleware WebLogic, Business Intelligence, Transport management, Single Sign-on and integration with E-Business suite package applications;
  • Performing as a lead contributor for database sizing, capacity planning efforts, performance optimization for database and applications in on-premises, public and private cloud infrastructure;
  • Designing, developing, automating, and monitoring regular support functions and critical patches for public and private cloud hosted databases and applications; and
  • Identifying areas of improvement and working with Global DBA teams and supervisors to improve and automate.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.

  • Execute business analysis activities to support strategic direction, translating requirements into logical, structured specifications using data modeling techniques.
  • Analyze and interpret user and system requirements to design and develop moderately complex system specifications and functional interfaces.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including system design specifications, operational procedures, and test plans to support application lifecycle activities.
  • Coordinate and perform installation and deployment of application releases into production environments, ensuring system integrity and uptime.
  • Maintain applications according to SLAs.
  • Participate across the software development lifecycle, delivering engineering solutions for new system rollouts, application enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.

Qualification

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 4 years of experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 4 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Designing Oracle ERP systems architecture and implementing ERP solutions for customers;
  • Migrating customers’ existing Oracle applications and databases from different platforms into public or private cloud infrastructure and providing administration thereafter;
  • Upgrading Oracle EBS and databases across multiple versions, including JDK, JRE, and Oracle Application Server upgrades, and improving system performance and supportability;
  • Implementing Oracle OID/OAM single sign-on and integrating with E-Business Suite, Discoverer, MWA and APEX applications;
  • Installing and upgrading Discoverer, Oracle Application Express and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition to latest available releases;
  • Cloning production databases and applications to development and test environments, and implementing automation to streamline the process;
  • Applying Oracle patches utilizing Opatch, ADOP, and Adpatch to maintain database and application security, functionality, and compliance;
  • Implementing and testing Disaster Recovery strategy; and
  • Performing database performance analysis through AWR/ADDM reports, administering sessions and locks, optimizing space usage, and resolving issues related to various components, including Concurrent Managers, Apache, Jserv, Forms, Reports, and Workflow Mailer.

Job Description

Security Managed Services Manager (Accenture LLP; Arlington, VA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Security Managed Services Manager in Arlington, VA, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Design, build, and protect IT Security enterprise systems, applications, data, assets and people for Accenture and clients as Lead/SME.
  • Supervise a team to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications.
  • Build deployment plans, including development plan and schedule, keeping in line with overall project timeline.
  • Implement defined security and data direction for integration work and understand business drivers that impact performance.
  • Enable Audit and Compliance.
  • Participate in design concepts and implementation strategies for various systems to ensure practical implementation of security standards.
  • Participate in code and quality management reviews, and team with stakeholders on application and component design to secure buy in.
  • Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
  • Deliver risk assessments and execute tests to ensure quality of functioning of data processing activities and security measures.
  • Work across Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system rollouts, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications.

Qualification

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Utilizing Identity and Access Management (IAM);
  • Gathering data privacy and security requirements, and designing it as part of a formal data privacy and security project;
  • Developing functional specification documents;
  • Providing support in securing client data, including PII, sensitive data, and client servers, databases, and business applications;
  • Managing and collaborating with teams to deliver security and quality requirements on projects;
  • Leading production support, including discovery, assessment, remediation, mitigation, and monitoring;
  • Providing expert recommendations on security architecture, design, tools, and methods for complex IT systems;
  • Enhancing security monitoring and log management with Log Collection Platform and CyberHub;
  • Managing teams to deliver security and quality requirements on projects; and
  • Utilizing Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, Advanced Threat Detection for Azure Storage, and Threat Intelligence Feeds to detect, analyze, and mitigate security threats.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.

Advanced App/Cloud Support & Engineering Specialist (Accenture LLP; Arlington, VA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Advanced App/Cloud Support & Engineering Specialist in Arlington, VA, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Design, implement, and maintain automation workflows for deploying Database-as-a-Service (DBaaS) solutions across public and private cloud platforms.
  • Perform core DBA functions for Oracle, SQL Server, Fusion Middleware, Oracle E-Business Suite, and other Oracle applications, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Support infrastructure project planning and execution within Accenture’s Managed Services Platform, contributing to lifecycle management and resource coordination.
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 Service Desk support and execute scheduled maintenance for hosted client systems.
  • Develop and maintain operational standards for DBaaS environments, including installation, configuration, backup, and performance monitoring, and integrate these standards into project documentation.
  • Participate in DBaaS platform initiatives in collaboration with AWS Cloud Architecture and Global Service Center Operations teams.
  • Create and maintain documentation for public and private cloud DBaaS solutions, ensuring clarity and consistency in service delivery.
  • Monitor database performance and health, and assist in diagnosing and resolving issues affecting customer instances.
  • Conduct database sizing and capacity planning, and automate deployment of physical structures and backup/recovery processes to meet project resource needs.
  • Develop and deploy automated monitoring tools, support scripts, and manage database patching and upgrade cycles.
  • Lead advanced troubleshooting and resolution for both on-premises and cloud-hosted database environments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work activities, progress updates, and incident resolutions.
  • Develop standard operating procedures and deliver training sessions for Global Service Center Operations staff.

Qualification

  • Implementing and managing change management processes, ITIL-based service management, capacity planning, incident tracking and reporting, system monitoring and alerting, system upgrades, and backup and recovery procedures;
  • Applying application and database patches and troubleshooting E-Business Suite (EBS) related issues and performance tuning utilizing AWR, ASH and OEM;
  • Working with public and private cloud service providers, including working with cloud infrastructure, hardware/software platforms, operating systems, and networking technologies;
  • Configuring and managing Oracle RAC, Oracle Data Guard, SQL Server Always On, and SQL Server Log Shipping; and
  • Working with vendor-specific tools including Oracle Data Pump, SQL*Loader, SQL Server Integration Services, and Data Transformation Services.

Job Description

Technology Architecture Manager (Accenture LLP; Arlington, VA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Technology Architecture Manager in Arlington, VA, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Design, implement, and/or support world-class information technology architecture for Accenture or our clients, spanning simple IT projects to large-scale, enterprise-level change programs.
  • Conduct architecture assessments and define solutions for complex problems that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Design, build, deliver, and run the engagement, platform, and/or product's required architecture (i.e. development, operations, execution, data, and application).
  • Provide the work’s technical conscience by defining and driving the right solution to meet the technical performance, scalability, flexibility, operations, and capability needs.
  • Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals.
  • Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments, and make decisions that will be implemented by the team.
  • Design and ensure that technology standards are followed and evolve over time.
  • Provide architecture quality assurance reviews for proposals and ongoing engagements.

Qualification

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Leading and mentoring cross-functional teams on technical and automation architecture best practices;
  • Experience in digital process innovation and working across functions to re-engineer and automate IT and business client operations;
  • Utilizing PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, and XMLs;
  • Utilizing PeopleSoft Architecture, Financials, and HRMS; and
  • Performing application development utilizing DevOps with STAT.

Must have 4 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Utilizing Oracle technologies with related cloud configuration; and
  • Performing strategic and tactical evaluations of complex technology ecosystems.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
