What you'll do

Serve as the Engineer of Record for small to mid-sized projects involving RF and network design.
Design coverage and capacity systems, microwave analysis, and WAN networks for public safety clients.
Conduct detailed customer interactions for design reviews, system staging, and acceptance testing events.
Perform hands-on troubleshooting and configuration of radio frequency equipment and IP network devices.
Create technical design documents and drawings to guide project teams on construction and configuration.
Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing priorities and meeting strict project timelines.
Lead customer-facing meetings and collaborate with contractors to ensure successful project execution.

What we're looking for

RF/Radio Frequency experience is mandatory for this position.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical discipline.
At least 2 years of engineering or technical experience.
Must be able to obtain background clearance.
Candidate must reside in Maryland, Delaware, or D.C.
Knowledge of RF principles, IP networking, and P25 Land Mobile Radio systems (preferred).
Experience with wireless/wireline communications, power systems, and network hardware (preferred).
GROL, Amateur Radio Operator License, or CompTIA certifications (preferred).
