Key Responsibilities:

The Desktop Support Analyst provides advanced technical support to end users across the organization, ensuring reliable operation of desktop systems, laptops, mobile devices, virtual desktops, and enterprise applications.

This role serves as the escalation point for Level 1 support and is responsible for resolving complex technical issues in both physical desktop and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.

The technician works closely with infrastructure, security, networking, and application teams to diagnose and resolve incidents while delivering excellent customer service to business users within a regulated financial services environment.

End User Support

  • Provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Support users accessing Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments including troubleshooting login issues, session performance problems, profile issues, and application access.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, operating system, application, and connectivity issues escalated from Level 1 support.
  • Support Microsoft Windows environments across both physical endpoints and virtual desktops.
  • Assist users with enterprise productivity applications and internal business systems.
  • Provide support for conference room technology, printers, and collaboration platforms.

VDI & Remote Workspace Support

  • Provide technical support for VDI platforms such as Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to:
  • VDI session connectivity
  • Authentication and access issues
  • Profile loading or roaming profile errors
  • Performance and latency problems
  • Application delivery within virtual environments
  • Assist with testing and validating VDI updates, patches, and environment changes.
  • Work with infrastructure and virtualization teams to escalate and resolve backend VDI platform issues.

Device & Endpoint Management

  • Configure, deploy, and maintain corporate workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Manage devices using enterprise endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM, Jamf, or similar).
  • Perform software installations, upgrades, and patching in accordance with IT standards.
  • Maintain hardware inventory and asset records and ensure compliance with asset management policies.
  • Support endpoint connectivity to VDI platforms and remote access solutions.

Incident & Service Request Management

  • Investigate and resolve complex incidents related to desktop systems, VDI sessions, applications, and connectivity.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions within the ServiceNow.
  • Meet defined service level agreements (SLAs) and service quality targets.
  • Escalate issues to infrastructure, virtualization, or engineering teams when necessary.

Security & Compliance

  • Ensure endpoints and virtual desktop sessions comply with corporate security policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support multi-factor authentication, endpoint protection, encryption, and access controls.
  • Assist with remediation of endpoint or VDI-related security incidents.
  • Maintain awareness of security and compliance standards common in financial services environments.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate with network, infrastructure, virtualization, cybersecurity, and application teams to resolve issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in technology rollouts, system upgrades, and office moves.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or cloud engineering roles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Postman, REST APIs, and regression and functional API testing
  • Experience with API security and secret management in DevOps pipelines
  • Hands on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar CI CD tools
  • Experience with Azure cloud services App Services, AKS, Functions, Storage, Networking, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure OCI services and deployment models
  • Experience implementing CI CD pipelines and automation frameworks
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language Python preferred
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies Docker, Kubernetes
  • Strong understanding of version control systems Git GitHub

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands on experience with cloud infrastructure across at least one major platform, preferably Microsoft Azure and or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure OCI
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing large scale infrastructure or cloud migration programs, ideally within financial services

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of hybrid cloud architectures, including connectivity between on prem, cloud Azure , and OCI environments
  • Experience driving Disaster Recovery DR planning and execution, including failover testing and environment resilience validation
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts e.g., VCN VNet, VPN, FastConnect ExpressRoute, routing, firewalls
  • Demonstrated experience working in Agile delivery models, including backlog management, sprint planning, and cross team coordination
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple vendors and internal teams
  • Experience working on core banking modernization programs or large scale financial services transformations
  • Hands on familiarity with Oracle Banking platforms and OCI services
  • Experience with multi region production deployments and high availability architectures
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and tooling CI CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, automation
  • Certifications in Azure e.g., AZ 104, AZ 305 and or OCI
  • Experience working in regulated environments with strong security and compliance requirements
  • Prior experience in client facing consulting roles with executive stakeholder interaction
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certifications

Qualification

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Leveraging Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL), including Ab Initio or Informatica Platform on-premises and cloud platforms;
  • Utilizing snowflake, and working with databases including, DB2, SQL Server, and Oracle;
  • Utilizing SQL to manage data and schedule backup processes;
  • Utilizing AWS platform and database, including Snowflake or AWS Athena with S3, to extract and process data;
  • Articulate and confirm ETL solutions to both non-technical business stakeholders and technical development communities;

Key Responsibilities:

Platform & Application Architecture

  • Define the overarching architecture, standards, patterns, and best practices for application and platform development.
  • Architect end to end solutions using React/Remix/NodeJS, Python (FastAPI, Flask), GraphQL, and microservices.
  • Design scalable containerized and cloud native solutions using Docker/Podman and Kubernetes.
  • Establish architectural blueprints, reference architectures, and reusable frameworks.

Technical Leadership

  • Guide engineering teams through complex solution design decisions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
  • Conduct deep architecture reviews of applications, microservices, APIs, and data flows.
  • Provide mentorship to developers, senior engineers, and application teams.

Platform Engineering

  • Architect, optimize, and evolve the internal application platform to support: UI frameworks, API gateways, Microservice orchestration, Observability and logging frameworks, CI/CD pipelines
  • Ensure the platform supports high performance, multi tenancy, and scalability.

Data & Integration Architecture

  • Architect solutions that manage structured/unstructured data leveraging PostgreSQL, RDBMS concepts, and distributed data tools (e.g., Hadoop).
  • Define API, integration, and GraphQL schemas ensuring consistency and maintainability.
  • Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure metadata, lineage, and quality are integrated into platform services.

Application Modernization

  • Analyze existing applications and platforms to identify modernization opportunities.
  • Lead refactoring, migration to microservices, and cloud native transformations.
  • Establish principles for reusability, modularity, and standardized components.

DevOps, Automation & Infrastructure

  • Define and evolve platform CI/CD standards using Git based workflows.
  • Collaborate with Infra teams on automation using Ansible, Shell scripting, and container orchestration patterns.
  • Ensure platform security, reliability, performance tuning, and governance compliance.

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Partner with product owners to translate business requirements into technology roadmaps.
  • Provide architectural input on major initiatives, platform investments, and technical debt reduction.
  • Engage with cross functional teams to ensure solution alignment across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience:
Technical Expertise

  • Deep hands-on expertise in full stack engineering
  • Frontend: React, Remix, NodeJS

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability.
  • You will utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.
  • You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.

  • You will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve application processes.
  • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment.

**This role is a hybrid role and requires 3 days a week onsite in Charlotte, NC

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum 5 years of work experience
  • A minimum 3 years of ETL Development Experience
  • A minimum 3 years of Informatica Powercenter/Informatica Cloud experience
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing
  • Advanced proficiency in SaaS Testing, Software Platforms, Extract Transform Load ETL Patterns Techniques, and Ab Initio Extract Transform Load ETL Tool

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Advanced proficiency in Appium.
  • Advanced proficiency in Selenium Automation.
  • Assoc. Degree/College Diploma in relevant field of studies.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Advanced proficiency in Core Java.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Continuous Integration.
  • Intermediate proficiency in TestNG.
  • Intermediate proficiency in JUnit.
  • Advanced proficiency in API Testing.

NOTE: Role requires 60% onsite client work (3 days per week)

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of IT experience (any internship or software experience can count)
  • 3+ years of exp with Mobile app automation, Selenium, and Core Java
  • Proficient in Mobile app Test Automation preferably Appium
  • Strong communication skills and demonstrate ability to lead initiatives to completion
  • Onsite client work required 3 days per week
  • Associate or bachelor's Degree
