What you'll do

  • Build and manage the studio operating budget, including spend tracking, forecasting, and leadership reporting.
  • Design and implement embedded creative support models to ensure consistent service levels for specific products.
  • Drive the adoption of AI tools and creative technologies throughout production workflows.
  • Establish and document standard operating systems for intake, briefing, approvals, and team onboarding.
  • Coordinate cross-functional infrastructure and logistics for major product launches and partner events.
  • Translate business priorities into actionable resourcing decisions while managing stakeholder expectations.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or public relations; Associate's with 10+ years; or High School Diploma with 12+ years.
  • Advanced degrees may substitute for up to two years of work experience.
  • 8–10+ years in creative operations, production management, or brand/marketing operations across in-house and agency environments (preferred).
  • 3+ years leading producers, project managers, or resourcing/operations staff (preferred).
  • Experience building or scaling a resourcing model, intake process, or studio operating system from scratch (preferred).
  • Experience managing departmental budgets, including forecasting, spend tracking, and leadership reporting (preferred).
  • Experience rolling out production tools, specifically AI-assisted creative tools (preferred).
  • Fluency with project and resource management platforms like Workfront (preferred).
