What you'll do

Design and implement advanced tracking algorithms for multi-target detection, track fusion, and discrimination.
Develop high-performance, real-time software systems to process radar sensor data and maintain hundreds of simultaneous tracks.
Build and utilize modeling and simulation environments to validate performance and identify system improvements.
Optimize tracking software for performance-critical environments where processing speed is critical.
Integrate tracking solutions into end-to-end defense systems in coordination with engineers and architects.
Communicate technical concepts and trade-offs to cross-functional teams, leadership, and customers.
Participate in customer demonstrations and field tests to ensure operational effectiveness of deployed systems.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
8 years of relevant experience.
Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.
Solid foundation in linear algebra, probability, statistics, and/or differential equations.
Understanding of software engineering fundamentals including design patterns, testing, version control, and debugging.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
Experience with tracking, estimation, or filtering algorithms (Kalman filters, particle filters, multiple hypothesis tracking, etc.) (preferred).
Background in controls, estimation theory, digital signal processing, radar systems, sensor fusion, or high-performance computing (preferred).
