Job Description

Management Consulting Manager (Accenture LLP; Morristown, NJ): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position Management Consulting Manager in Morristown, NJ, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Leverage experience and expertise to work with clients and solve complex engineering product development problems (i.e. efficiency, cost, velocity, innovation relevance).
  • Conduct industry and client research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support design, development, and implementation of business operating models, including vision and strategy, business processes, organizational and governance structures, supporting tools and templates, and performance metrics within.
  • Participate in change management activities, including developing communications, training, and job aids to support capability implementation.
  • Provide product development, engineering, and/or embedded systems development functional knowledge.
  • Manage teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture to deliver outcome.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Supply Chain & Operations practice by assisting with new business proposals and presentations, recruiting activities, and informal coaching and mentoring to less experienced consultants.

Qualification

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Informing and driving key architectural and system design decisions that involve complex front-end, middleware, back-end, and systems integrations, in collaboration with client executive leadership;
  • Leading and monitoring offshore and onshore teams across the multiple phases of an ERP implementation, hypercare, application development and system enhancements; and
  • Utilizing Microsoft Azure DevOps or Jira within Agile methodology for project delivery, including using Work Item Query Language to create, generate, or maintain sprint status reports.

Must have 4 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Designing and developing architecture and custom functionality necessary to implement and maintain Infor Financials & Supply Management (FSM) and Hexagon Enterprise Asset Management (HxGN EAM) for utility company Supply Chain (Procurement and Warehouse) and Asset Management applications;
  • Participating in technical projects related to Supply Chain Management and Optimization, including identifying business requirements, developing benefits cases, preparing functional designs, and managing development;
  • Utilizing Landmark Pattern Language coding, Infor Process Designer workflow automation, and Infor Spreadsheet Designer data querying; and
  • Analyzing, designing, and structuring complex Utility Supply Chain processes, including Inventory Control and Warehousing, Sourcing, Contract Management, and Requisitioning.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Spring Boot
  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Bank Experience

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of work experience
  • Minimum 3 years of Fidessa server-side development experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with Fidessa Product Suite: CASE, FBL, TOP (OMAR, TMAR, PMAC), PAIRS, NMS, FIX+, APAS, FDA
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with technologies including FIX protocol, TCL, Unix shell scripting, Linux, Windows 10
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in an Agile environment
  • Minimum 1 year of front Office Development experience
  • Associate’s Degree or higher

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of core Java development experience
  • Hands-on FDA and Sybase experience
  • FTW development a strong plus.
  • Understanding of equities trading workflows and general equities market knowledge
  • Excellent analytical, design, and system integration skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects in parallel
  • Takes ownership, pro-active individual with a strong interest to learn the business
  • Enthusiastic towards completing a task
  • Candidate should be able to work with little supervision
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline

You Are:

In this role, The Supply Planning Specialist will manage global supply planning processes, ensuring seamless integration with demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics. This role focuses on optimizing inventory, capacity, and fulfillment strategies through advanced planning systems and analytics, supporting business continuity and operational excellence.

The Work:

  • Manage the global supply planning process using advanced planning systems such as SAP IBP, o9 Solutions, Kinaxis Rapid Response, and Oracle SCM Cloud.
  • Integrate supply planning with demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics using ERP platforms (SAP ECC/S4HANA, Oracle E-Business Suite, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
  • Analyze supply chain data and generate actionable insights using analytics platforms like Power BI, Tableau, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Drive automation and process improvements in supply planning using RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and scripting languages (Python, SQL) for data management and reporting.
  • Oversee master data management for supply planning, ensuring accuracy and consistency of product, location, and supplier data across global systems using MDM tools (SAP MDG, Informatica).
  • Facilitate global S&OP and IBP cycles, scenario modeling, and executive reviews to align supply plans with business strategy.
  • Manage exceptions and proactively resolve supply disruptions, capacity constraints, and inventory imbalances using system alerts, dashboards, and root-cause analysis.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements in global supply planning, including AI/ML-based forecasting, digital twins, and cloud-based planning platforms.
  • Coach and develop the supply planning team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Represent the supply planning function in global forums, client engagements, and cross-functional projects

Qualification

Here's what you need:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain management
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in supply planning

Bonus Points If:

  • Experience within Beauty industry highly preferred
  • Deep expertise in supply planning, inventory optimization, and capacity planning across global networks.
  • Experience with analytics and scenario modeling tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud).
  • Experience managing and implementing S&OP/IBP processes at a global scale.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain network design, risk management, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for enabling the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for Agile practices.
  • Utilize metrics to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to enhance the team's understanding of Agile principles and practices.

  • Require minimum 5 years of development experience with at least a year with hands on experience in the required skills
  • Strong UI engineering experience with React and TypeScript
  • Ability to rapidly build UI using component libraries (Material UI, Chakra, Tailwind)
  • Experience designing usable user flows without reliance on a dedicated UX team
  • Practical, hands‑on GenAI build experience (beyond prompting)
  • Experience integrating LLMs via APIs (Azure OpenAI / OpenAI / equivalent)
  • Understanding of RAG fundamentals (embeddings, retrieval, chunking, grounding)
  • Knowledge of common GenAI failure modes (hallucination, prompt injection, data leakage)
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • End‑to‑end GenAI prototype experience, including UI + backend integration
  • Experience working as a POC accelerator: build fast, iterate fast, demo often
  • Ability to operate outside traditional sprint structures
  • Experience presenting/demonstrating prototypes to senior stakeholders
  • Strong builder mindset; comfortable working in ambiguity

Packaged Application Development Manager (Accenture LLP; Philadelphia, PA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Packaged Application Development Manager in Philadelphia, PA, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
  • Develop or update project plans for information technology projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.
  • Maintain applications according to SLAs.
  • Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system rollouts, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications.
  • Identify and assess complex problems that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors and create solutions for implementation by the team.
  • Supervise a team to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications.
  • Conduct project and issue management (including status reporting, issue reporting, and ETC/budget reporting) for assigned scope of work and make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management.
  • Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management.

Qualification

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, plus 5 years of experience in the IT consulting industry. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, employer will accept 2 additional years of experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Data integration using Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) tools;
  • Utilizing SQL database, including Teradata, DB2, Oracle, and SQL Server;
  • Executing version upgrades in insurance applications and custom development of insurance data model components;
  • Technical delivery project management, including and operating delivery in Waterfall and Agile methodology;
  • Developing large-scale ETL data for insurance applications from multiple data sources using data tools and SQL tools;
  • Managing and maintaining ETL cluster nodes health and application support issues;
  • Capacity planning; and
  • Executing continuous improvements to improve application performance, stability, and reduce ongoing performance issues.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.

THE WORK:

  • You’ll perform in the Lead Responsible Engineer (LRE) role on medium to large electric transmission & substation projects ensuring responsibilities are met in accordance with client procedure AM-PE-1051.
  • You’ll ensure engineering tasks, process, and deliverables are met in accordance with client procedure AM-PE-P128 Substation Project Implementation Process.
  • You’ll perform as the "Owner Advocate" and primary point of contact for client Engineering and be the "Engineering Authority".
  • You’ll be the primary point of contact for all technical aspects and the primary interface between the Consulting engineering company (EOC) and client internal engineering.
  • You’ll coordinate project scope definition, conceptual and detailed design, engineering deliverables, conduct engineering & constructability site walk downs, and coordinate and resolve project design issues with Designers and Engineers.
  • You’ll review the electrical and physical design packages directly and with team members to ensure all electrical and physical drawings functionally meet the requirements of the project scope and comply with client standards.
  • You’ll ensure Transmission System Operations and Information Technology receives single line drawings, equipment modeling data, and SCADA database in a timely manner.
  • You’ll support the PM in development of an overall project schedule and verify necessary engineering tasks are included and ensure the Project Manager is informed of all correspondence or other communications that may impact the performance of the ECOC or the overall success of the project.
  • You’ll review the Engineering & System Performance Quality Control process regarding applicable calculations, design guidelines, check sheets, and independent reviews.
  • You’ll support PM to develop RFP documents for external engineering and construction services bid events; evaluate proposals.
  • You’ll review the Major Equipment List and ensure all major equipment and components are purchased, as required by the specific design.
  • You'll review and approve/ deny Field Change Requests initiated by personnel responsible for the work planning, construction, installation, or oversight, and review and approve Digging Clearance Drawings developed by personnel performing substation excavations.
  • You'll participate in project team meetings and site construction status meetings.
  • You'll gather and consolidate project TAW' drawings, review for legibility and transmit to EOC with LRE concurrence.
  • You'll support the field construction work and generate Material Requests to order material as required.
  • Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.
  • With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

Qualification

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited college
  • Ten (10) or more years' experience of Utility substation & transmission engineering, design, equipment, practices, and IEEE/ANSI standards; preferably 15kvthrough 500kv
  • Valid Driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a driving record that meets Accenture hiring
  • Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and all levels of management
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex electrical and mechanical systems
  • Able to plan, organize, and time manage work assignments to meet required objectives
  • Proficiency at use of Microsoft Office

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Professional Engineer License (PE) or Certification of Engineer in Training (EIT)
  • Graduate Degree or Graduate level work in Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management
