XR Software Engineer, Staff - Customer Engineering joins the XR Customer Engineering team to support ecosystem partners, including enterprise solution providers, technology partners, and device OEMs. This role involves designing and supporting partner demonstrations, proof-of-concept deployments, and end-to-end solutions for next-generation augmented and virtual reality technologies. What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience, Master's with 3+ years, or PhD with 2+ years in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
At least 1 year of experience with debugging techniques.
Experience in software design, mobile and/or XR systems architecture, problem solving, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Android OS including development and framework experience.
Unity 3D development experience with knowledge of shaders and rendering pipelines.
Background in Camera, Display, Video, or Graphics technologies.
Up to 3 years of experience in Embedded Software Systems.
