Workday HRIS Analyst

What you'll do

• Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday Talent and Performance modules to ensure data integrity.
• Translate stakeholder requests into documented business requirements and functional processes.
• Build and document system workflows and procedures in partnership with HR SMEs.
• Execute end-to-end testing including unit, regression, and User Acceptance Testing for new features.
• Roll out new technology functionality to support specific HR initiatives and projects.
• Monitor and recommend improvements for data quality, technology, and business processes.
• Manage HR system projects from initial design through successful implementation.
• Assess and develop out-of-the-box reporting and dashboards to meet business requirements.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering (preferred).
• 5-7 years of experience as a Workday functional expert in talent management and reporting.
• Strong consultative skills and the ability to build relationships with HR and cross-functional partners.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to learn quickly and work within tight deadlines as a self-starter.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experienced in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Projects and other business tools.
