Workday HRIS Analyst

What you'll do

• Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday Talent and Performance modules while ensuring high data integrity.
• Translate stakeholder requests into documented business requirements and functional processes for system enhancements.
• Partner with HR SMEs to build and document workflows and procedures for internal systems.
• Perform comprehensive testing including unit, regression, user acceptance, and pre-launch testing for new features.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that align with specific business requirements.
• Monitor Workday's roadmap to assess the impact of future releases on current functionality.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles from initial design through successful implementation.
• Identify and close gaps in technology processes while improving overall data quality and system performance.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• 5-7 years of experience as a Workday functional expert in talent management and reporting.
• Strong consultative skills to build relationships with HR and cross-functional partners.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while meeting tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Experience with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Projects, and other business tools.
