Warehouse Associate, Supply Chain

What you'll do

• Process shipping and receiving activities across multiple warehouse locations.
• Prepare finished products for shipment by pulling, packing, crating, labeling, and loading items.
• Track and record material movements between sites to ensure accurate inventory transactions.
• Fulfill production orders by delivering materials and supplies to the necessary departments.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain high levels of inventory accuracy.
• Manage stock by identifying, labeling, and recording the location of all materials.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move goods onto loading docks.
• Courier inventory between company sites as needed to meet production schedules.

What we're looking for

• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a warehouse associate or in an equivalent role.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to work on-site in Santa Ana or Costa Mesa, CA.
• Ability to work first or second shift and overtime as needed.
• Experience with forklift operation and licensing (preferred).
• Experience in the defense or aerospace industry (preferred).
• Familiarity with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and inventory management via lot/serial/batch tracking (preferred).
• Eligibility to obtain a U.S. clearance or hold an active Secret or Top Secret clearance within the last 5 years (preferred).
