Inventory Associate, Shipping & Receiving

What you'll do

• Process all shipping and receiving activities at the Quincy facility.
• Prepare finished products for shipment by pulling, packing, crating, labeling, and loading items.
• Generate required outbound documentation including Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices.
• Track and record material movements across different sites to ensure accurate inventory transactions.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain high inventory accuracy.
• Manage stock levels by identifying, labeling, and reporting shortages of materials and supplies.
• Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery to move items onto trucks and across the warehouse.
• Courier inventory between company sites in Quincy and Quonset as needed.

What we're looking for

• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a warehouse associate or in an equivalent role.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must have at least 1 year of forklift experience; certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems, warehouse management systems, and inventory control tooling.
• Experience with inventory management involving lot, serial, or batch tracking.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Preferred experience in the defense or aerospace industry.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent office management tools and experience handling hazardous shipments.
