Shipping & Receiving Associate, Warehouse

What you'll do

• Process shipping and receiving activities across multiple warehouse locations.
• Prepare finished products for shipment by pulling, packing, crating, labeling, and loading items.
• Generate all necessary outbound documentation including Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices.
• Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, discrepancy reconciliation, and tracking material movements between sites.
• Maintain stock levels by identifying, labeling, and recording the location of materials and supplies.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move goods onto trucks and across loading docks.
• Courier inventory and parts between company locations as needed.
• Expedite the flow of parts and assemblies between departments to meet production and shipping schedules.

What we're looking for

• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a warehouse associate or in an equivalent role.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must have at least 1 year of forklift experience; forklift certification is preferred.
• Must be familiar with Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems or other inventory control tools.
• Must be familiar with inventory management involving lot, serial, and batch tracking.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Preferred experience includes working in the defense or aerospace industries.
• Preferred skills include handling hazardous shipments and using Microsoft Office tools.
