What you'll do

Process shipping and receiving activities at multiple company locations.
Prepare finished products for shipment by pulling, packing, crating, labeling, and loading items.
Generate all necessary outbound documentation including Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices.
Track and record material movements between different sites to ensure accurate inventory transactions.
Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain high inventory accuracy.
Manage stock by identifying, labeling, and reporting shortages of materials and supplies.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move goods across loading docks and trucks.
Courier inventory between company sites as needed to support production and distribution schedules.

What we're looking for

Must have at least 2 years of experience as a warehouse associate or in an equivalent role.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Must have at least 1 year of forklift experience; forklift certification is preferred.
Must be familiar with Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems or other inventory control tools.
Must be familiar with inventory management through lot, serial, and batch tracking.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Preferred experience includes working in the defense or aerospace industry.
Preferred skills include handling hazardous shipments and using Microsoft Office tools.
