What you'll do

Process all incoming and outgoing shipments at the Quincy facility.
Prepare finished products for shipment by pulling, packing, crating, labeling, and loading items.
Generate required shipping documentation including Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices.
Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliation, and tracking material locations.
Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery to move materials across the warehouse and loading docks.
Courier inventory and supplies between multiple company sites as needed.
Expedite the flow of parts and assemblies between departments to meet production schedules.

What we're looking for

Must have at least 2 years of experience as a warehouse associate or in an equivalent role.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Must have at least 1 year of forklift experience; certification is preferred.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Must have familiarity with Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems or other warehouse management and inventory control tools.
Must have familiarity with inventory management through lot, serial, and batch tracking.
Preferred experience includes working in the defense or aerospace industry.
Preferred experience includes handling hazardous shipments and using Microsoft Office tools.
