What you'll do

Process shipping and receiving activities at the Quincy facility.
Prepare finished products for shipment by pulling, packing, crating, labeling, and loading items.
Generate all required outbound documentation including Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices.
Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, discrepancy reconciliation, and tracking material locations.
Maintain stock levels by identifying, labeling, and reporting shortages of materials and supplies.
Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery to move items across the warehouse and loading docks.
Courier inventory between multiple company sites as needed.
Expedite the flow of parts and assemblies between departments to meet production schedules.

What we're looking for

Must have at least 2 years of experience as a warehouse associate or in an equivalent role.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Must have at least 1 year of forklift experience; forklift certification is preferred.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Must have familiarity with Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems or other warehouse management and inventory control tools.
Must have familiarity with inventory management through lot, serial, and batch tracking.
Preferred experience includes working in the defense or aerospace industry.
Preferred experience includes handling hazardous shipments and using Microsoft Office tools.
