Inventory Associate, Shipping & Receiving

What you'll do

• Process shipping and receiving activities across multiple company locations.
• Prepare finished products for shipment by pulling, packing, crating, labeling, and loading items.
• Generate all necessary outbound documentation including Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices.
• Track and record material movements between sites to ensure accurate inventory transactions.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain high inventory accuracy.
• Manage stock levels by identifying, labeling, and recording the location of materials and supplies.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move goods across loading docks and warehouses.
• Courier inventory between different company sites as needed to support production schedules.

What we're looking for

• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a warehouse associate or in an equivalent role.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must have at least 1 year of forklift experience; forklift certification is preferred.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Must be familiar with Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems or other warehouse management and inventory control tools.
• Must be familiar with inventory management through lot, serial, and batch tracking.
• Preferred experience includes working in the defense or aerospace industry.
• Preferred experience includes handling hazardous shipments and using Microsoft Office tools.
