What you'll do

Design, develop, and deliver new functionality for cloud-native .NET applications running on AWS.
Enhance, modernize, and optimize existing enterprise applications and services for better scalability and performance.
Design and implement RESTful APIs, web services, and distributed application components.
Contribute production-quality code and participate in architecture, design, code reviews, and production support.
Drive application resiliency, security, and observability best practices across the software development lifecycle.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to onshore and offshore engineering teams.
Participate in technical planning, estimation, backlog refinement, and agile delivery activities.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, application workflows, and architecture artifacts.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 10 years of professional software development experience with the .NET technology stack.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Technical Lead or Software Engineering Lead role.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience building and supporting cloud-native applications on AWS.
Strong hands-on development experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET, REST APIs, SQL Server, and Angular (Angular 8+ preferred).
Experience with Git-based source control and modern CI/CD practices within Agile software delivery environments.
Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and service-oriented architecture principles.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Experience with AWS services, microservices, and automated testing frameworks (preferred).
