What you'll do

Oversee and participate in the design and development of high-volume, low-latency applications using C#, AngularJS, and MS SQL Server.
Translate business challenges into technical solutions by collaborating with Product Owners and Product Managers.
Conduct technical risk assessments and provide well-documented recommendations for mission-critical systems.
Coordinate with Architecture, Data, and Infrastructure teams to optimize speed to market.
Coach and mentor the team in creating comprehensive technical documentation following SDLC guidelines.
Establish governance, guardrails, and best practices for AI usage and design-to-development workflows.
Promote an AI-enabled engineering culture aligned with enterprise standards and responsible AI practices.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in full-stack application development using .NET, Angular/JavaScript, REST APIs, and relational databases with TDD.
Minimum of 10 years of experience with enterprise software development processes and technical documentation like sequence and activity diagrams.
Minimum of 8 years of experience developing microservices and implementing API-first design principles.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with AWS technologies including Lambda and Step Functions.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
Proficiency in using AI tools for code generation, refactoring, and debugging while ensuring responsible AI usage.
Experience with Figma for design collaboration and familiarity with DevSecOps practices.
