What you'll do

Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise applications and services.
Design and develop scalable solutions using service-oriented and microservices architectures.
Drive cloud-native development initiatives leveraging AWS services and best practices.
Build and maintain secure, automated CI/CD pipelines using Git-based source control.
Provide advanced troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions for various stakeholders.
Conduct code reviews to promote engineering best practices, quality, and security standards.
Utilize AI development tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot to accelerate software delivery.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, application architecture, and enterprise solution delivery.
Preferred development background using .NET/C# or Java (preferred).
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.
Strong database experience with Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL, including data modeling and performance tuning.
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Git, GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or equivalent tools.
Experience designing REST APIs, distributed systems, and microservices architectures.
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (preferred).
