What you'll do

  • Define product strategy, roadmap priorities, and business capabilities from initial concept through execution.
  • Manage the product backlog by breaking features into user stories and establishing acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure internal and external data is validated for quality and governance before it flows to downstream teams.
  • Act as a primary liaison between scrum teams and business stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
  • Develop executive-level dashboards and reporting frameworks to track key performance metrics and strategic progress.
  • Drive large-scale transformation programs involving business process redesign, technology modernization, and organizational change.
  • Align cross-functional teams across product, operations, risk, and compliance to ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Build scalable operating models to improve operational efficiency and enhance the advisor experience.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in product management, business transformation, strategy execution, operations leadership, or related roles within financial services.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams in an agile environment.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Capability Owner, or equivalent role driving strategic outcomes.
  • Experience owning enterprise products, business capabilities, operating models, or data domains with significant regulatory and risk impact.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data quality, data governance, controls, reconciliations, reporting, and operational risk management.
  • Proven ability to lead large transformation programs involving business process redesign and technology modernization.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, wealth management, brokerage, custody, and retirement services.
  • Ability to influence executive stakeholders and develop executive-level reporting, metrics, and strategic planning materials.
