Product Owner, Software

What you'll do

• Manage one or more team backlogs as the single source of truth for multiple products.
• Define backlog items with clear, concise acceptance criteria and an inspiring vision for integrated features.
• Prioritize backlog items and optimize flow across teams for PI Planning and product deadlines.
• Track Sprint goals and PI objectives to ensure high-quality, on-time releases.
• Communicate the intended purpose of backlog items to ensure team members understand requirements.
• Facilitate the demonstration of critical product components to relevant stakeholders.
• Implement lean development practices by reducing waste and planning infrastructure and maintenance stories.
• Identify blocking issues and manage contingency planning for secondary priorities when obstacles arise.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the US.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience (preferred).
• Significant experience with Rockwell Drives, other Rockwell products, and the industrial automation industry (preferred).
• Experience in Software development (preferred).
• Familiarity with C#, Angular, .NET MAUI, C++, WPF, MFC, and Xamarin (preferred).
• Experience in SAFe with POPM certification or a mentoring role in Scrum with PSPO certification (preferred).
