JOB TITLE: Finance Data and Insights - Product Manager (Vice President) joins the Finance Data & Insights Team to develop and transform financial data and reporting capabilities across Consumer and Community Banking. This role involves building and managing a portfolio of finance automation initiatives by partnering with Controllers, Treasury Analytics, and Technology teams. Key responsibilities include owning the product roadmap, leading product discovery, defining requirements, and prioritizing backlogs based on business value and control requirements. The position requires translating complex business challenges into practical opportunities using automation, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities. Candidates must possess product management fundamentals, finance process knowledge, and experience with tools like Databricks, Snowflake, and enterprise AI tools like Copilot. The work focuses on improving productivity, strengthening controls, and advancing the finance transformation agenda through modern data environments.
Own and refine the product roadmap to provide visibility into milestones, dependencies, and delivery progress.
Lead product discovery to translate business processes and user needs into prioritized requirements.
Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, feasibility, risk, and strategic alignment.
Communicate automation and AI-enabled capabilities to senior finance management to improve productivity and controls.
Partner with technology and analytics teams to drive delivery execution and manage project risks.
Drive user adoption and measure benefits realization by embedding new capabilities into business processes.
Develop business cases and success measures including productivity benefits, cycle-time reduction, and scalability.
What we're looking for
Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, finance transformation, financial reporting, business analysis, data and analytics, or related roles.
Demonstrated experience owning product roadmaps, prioritization, and backlog management.
Experience partnering with Finance, Controllers, Treasury, and cross-functional teams to deliver data, analytics, or automation solutions.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex business problems into clear product requirements, user stories, process flows, and implementation priorities.
Experience delivering products in an agile environment and working across business and technology teams to drive iterative solution delivery.
Ability to develop business cases and success measures, including productivity benefits, control improvements, and cycle-time reduction.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
Prior experience in product support or business management roles supporting finance or controller processes (preferred).
Practical understanding of AI, LLMs, automation, or advanced analytics concepts (preferred).
Experience with financial data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, or similar data warehouses (preferred).
Familiarity with enterprise AI and productivity tools such as Copilot or LLM Suite (preferred).
Understanding of data governance, data quality, lineage, and access management in financial services (preferred).
Ability to influence without direct authority and drive outcomes across senior stakeholder groups (preferred).
