Finance Data and Insights - Product Manager (Vice President) joins the Finance Data & Insights team to develop, support, and transform financial data and reporting capabilities for Consumer and Community Banking. This role manages a portfolio of finance automation initiatives by partnering with Controllers, Treasury Analytics, and Technology teams to identify high-value opportunities and define product priorities from discovery through adoption. The Product Manager translates complex business challenges into practical requirements, manages the product roadmap and backlog, and communicates the potential of AI-enabled capabilities to senior leadership. Key responsibilities include leading product discovery, defining user stories, and ensuring solutions meet control requirements. Required skills include experience in agile environments, finance transformation, and data analytics. Preferred technical knowledge includes Databricks, Snowflake, LLMs, Copilot, and other enterprise AI tools to drive the firm’s finance transformation agenda.
Own and refine the product roadmap by providing visibility into milestones, dependencies, and delivery progress.
Translate complex business challenges into prioritized product plans and delivery-ready requirements.
Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, feasibility, risk, and strategic alignment.
Communicate automation and AI capabilities to senior finance leadership to improve productivity and controls.
Partner with technology and analytics teams to manage risks and drive execution of technical solutions.
Drive user adoption and measure realized benefits by embedding new capabilities into business processes.
Develop business cases that quantify improvements in cycle time, scalability, and reduced manual effort.
What we're looking for
Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, finance transformation, financial reporting, business analysis, data and analytics, or related roles.
Demonstrated experience owning product roadmaps, prioritization, and backlog management.
Experience partnering with Finance, Controllers, Treasury, and cross-functional teams to deliver data, analytics, or automation solutions.
Ability to translate complex business problems into clear product requirements, user stories, process flows, and implementation priorities.
Experience delivering products in an agile environment while working across business and technology teams.
Ability to develop business cases and success measures including productivity benefits, control improvements, and cycle-time reduction.
Prior experience in roles supporting finance or controller processes (preferred).
Practical understanding of AI, LLMs, automation, or advanced analytics concepts (preferred).
