As a Vice President - Senior Lead Architect, you will join the team to develop architecture assessment agents for evaluating critical end-to-end business services at enterprise scale. You will represent a product family in technical governance bodies while proposing improvements to architecture practices and leveraging authorized AI capabilities to accelerate analysis and decision-making. Your daily responsibilities include guiding evaluations of emerging technologies, driving decisions that influence product design and engineering processes across multiple domains, and writing high-quality production code. You must possess advanced proficiency in programming languages and expertise in software architecture, cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or distributed systems. The role focuses on solving complex problems regarding scalability, resiliency, security, and auditability while establishing reuse-first AI-enabled engineering patterns within the software development lifecycle to ensure consistency across various technical domains and infrastructure requirements.
Develop architecture assessment agents to evaluate critical end-to-end business services at enterprise scale.
Leverage authorized AI capabilities to accelerate architecture analysis and decision-making while ensuring data security.
Guide the evaluation of emerging technologies to improve scalability, resiliency, and engineering effectiveness.
Drive architectural decisions that influence product design, functionality, and technical operations across multiple teams.
Develop, review, and debug high-quality production code while providing hands-on technical leadership.
Establish reuse-first AI-enabled engineering patterns and governance across the software development lifecycle.
Represent the product family in technical governance bodies to improve architecture practices.
Provide technical guidance and direction to business teams, contractors, and vendors.
What we're looking for
Formal training or certification on architecture concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages and deep expertise in software architecture and technical processes.
Demonstrated experience applying enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in architecture and engineering workflows with strong validation habits.
Ability to evaluate and integrate AI-enabled capabilities into architectures while meeting resiliency, security, and auditability requirements.
Strong judgment, decision-making, stakeholder management, and communication skills to influence technical direction across teams and senior stakeholders.
Experience with formal architecture governance frameworks (preferred).
Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, cloud, ITIL, or CISSP (preferred).
