What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on architecture concepts.
5+ years of applied experience in architecture.
Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability at enterprise scale.
Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages with deep expertise in software architecture and technical processes.
Experience applying enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within architecture and engineering workflows while ensuring data security.
Ability to evaluate and integrate AI-enabled capabilities into architectures meeting resiliency and auditability requirements.
Ability to work independently to solve design and functionality problems with little oversight.
Strong judgment and communication skills to influence technical direction and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
