Senior Lead Architect, Vice President

What you'll do

• Define the technical target state for products and drive the execution of the architectural strategy.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot creative software solutions to solve complex technical problems.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and perform code reviews and debugging for others.
• Identify and implement automation to eliminate recurring issues and improve operational stability.
• Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors and internal teams to assess architectural designs and technical fit.
• Define agentic AI architecture guidelines and establish model governance guardrails with Data Science and MLOps teams.
• Participate in architecture governance bodies to drive alignment and conduct technical reviews.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and influence adoption decisions across the organization.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience as an Application and/or Solution Architect.
• Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end system design, application development, testing, and production operations.
• Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages with strong hands-on engineering capability.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, applications, and technical processes across one or more architecture/engineering disciplines.
• Proficiency across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including quality and release practices.
• Proficiency with automation, continuous delivery, and agile practices including CI/CD.
• Strong focus and working knowledge of application resiliency and security principles.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one technical domain, including practical cloud-native experience.
