As a Vice President - Senior Lead Architect | Enterprise Architecture, you will join the GT Enterprise Architecture team to develop high-quality architecture solutions for various software applications and platforms. You will represent product families in technical governance bodies, provide guidance to technical teams and vendors, and drive decisions regarding product design, functionality, and operations. Your daily work involves developing secure production code, reviewing others' code, and establishing reuse-first AI-enabled engineering patterns across SDLC practices. You must leverage enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for analysis while ensuring security and auditability. Required skills include advanced proficiency in programming languages, expertise in software architecture, and experience with cloud, artificial intelligence, or machine learning. You will solve complex problems within the financial services domain by evaluating emerging technologies to shape target state architectures while navigating highly regulated environments and technical governance frameworks.
Represent product families in technical governance bodies to improve architecture practices.
Provide technical guidance and direction to internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
Utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate architecture analysis and decision-making.
Evaluate new technologies against existing standards to influence the adoption of leading-edge solutions.
Drive decisions regarding product design, application functionality, and technical operations.
Develop, review, and debug high-quality production code.
Establish reuse-first AI-enabled engineering patterns across SDLC and toolchain practices.
Integrate AI-enabled capabilities into enterprise architectures while ensuring security and auditability.
What we're looking for
Formal training or certification on architecture concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages and deep expertise in software architecture across technical disciplines like cloud or AI.
Demonstrated experience applying enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within architecture and engineering workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
Ability to evaluate and integrate AI-enabled capabilities into enterprise-grade architectures while meeting resiliency, security, and auditability requirements.
Ability to work independently to solve design problems and influence technical direction across teams.
Experience defining enterprise technology strategy or transformation roadmaps within large financial services or complex organizations (preferred).
Relevant certifications such as cloud certifications, TOGAF, PMP, CISSP, or equivalent leadership credentials (preferred).
