What you'll do

Develop architecture assessment agents to evaluate critical end-to-end business services at an enterprise scale.

Utilize authorized AI capabilities to accelerate architecture analysis and decision-making while ensuring data security.
Evaluate emerging technologies to influence the adoption of scalable, secure, and resilient solutions.
Drive architectural decisions that impact product design, application functionality, and engineering processes across multiple teams.
Write, review, and debug high-quality production code while providing hands-on technical leadership.
Establish reuse-first AI-enabled engineering patterns to improve consistency and auditability across the toolchain.
Provide technical guidance to business teams, contractors, and vendors to support firmwide objectives.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on architecture concepts.
5+ years of applied experience in architecture.
Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages.
Deep expertise in software architecture across disciplines like cloud, AI, machine learning, or distributed systems.
Experience applying enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in architecture and engineering workflows with data sensitivity awareness.
Ability to evaluate and integrate AI-enabled capabilities into architectures while meeting security and auditability requirements.
Strong judgment, decision-making, stakeholder management, and communication skills to influence technical direction.
