What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on architecture concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages.
Deep expertise in software architecture and technical processes within disciplines like cloud, AI, or machine learning.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in architecture and engineering workflows with focus on data sensitivity.
Ability to integrate AI-enabled capabilities into architectures while meeting resiliency, security, and auditability requirements.
Ability to work independently to solve design and functionality problems with minimal oversight.
Strong communication skills to influence technical direction across teams.
