What you'll do

Advise cross-functional teams on technology selection to achieve target-state architecture and improve current technologies.
Develop multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy for payments, onboarding, and self-service experiences.
Integrate enterprise-authorized AI capabilities into engineering workflows to accelerate analysis and design decisioning.
Establish reuse-first, AI-enabled engineering patterns and governance across the software development lifecycle.
Create complex, scalable coding frameworks using software design principles to improve velocity and quality.
Develop high-quality production code while reviewing and debugging code written by other engineers.
Define and govern API standards, functional designs, and integration patterns for secure, interoperable solutions.
Shape the digital transformation strategy for payments, including partner integrations and developer experience platforms.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on architecture concepts.
10+ years of applied experience in architecture.
Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability at enterprise scale.
Expertise in one or more programming languages with a strong foundation in software engineering principles.
Deep knowledge of advanced software architecture and technical processes in areas like cloud, AI, or machine learning.
Experience applying enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within architecture and engineering workflows while ensuring data security.
Experience leading a product as a product owner or product manager.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to senior leaders and executives.
