The Vendor Governance & Risk Management Officer joins the Global Technology Services team to provide operational, administrative, and governance support for a complex portfolio of third-party service providers and managed service arrangements. This role involves managing vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs, coordinating governance forums, and tracking risk remediation activities. The individual will manage contract lifecycle tasks including renewals and onboarding while overseeing annual Intra-Company IT Recertification cycles to ensure audit-ready documentation. Key responsibilities include conducting Third Party Risk Management assessments, monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements, and producing management information reports. Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong analytical capabilities, and experience with vendor risk frameworks or ITIL. The role addresses the critical business problem of ensuring third-party relationships remain compliant, secure, and aligned with internal policies within a regulated financial services environment.
Monitor vendor performance against contractual commitments, SLAs, KPIs, and service improvement plans.
Coordinate governance forums, operational reviews, and performance discussions with stakeholders.
Manage Third Party Risk Management activities including risk assessments, SOC report reviews, and information security audits.
Track risk findings, mitigation plans, and remediation activities to ensure regulatory compliance.
Oversee contract lifecycle activities including renewals, onboarding, offboarding, and financial tracking of spend.
Produce governance dashboards, scorecards, and management information reports for internal stakeholders.
Execute annual Intra-Company Agreement recertification milestones and maintain audit-ready documentation.
Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve operational efficiency within the governance framework.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Information Systems, Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of experience in Vendor Governance, Third Party Risk Management, Outsourcing Management, IT Governance, or a related technology governance function.
