What you'll do

  • Conduct governance reviews and assessments for AI solutions, platforms, and services.
  • Develop and maintain AI governance standards, processes, and documentation.
  • Evaluate AI technologies against enterprise security, compliance, and cost management requirements.
  • Monitor AI consumption metrics including model utilization, licensing usage, and token consumption.
  • Identify and implement AI cost optimization opportunities and governance controls.
  • Track and report on AI platform usage metrics and governance compliance activities.
  • Perform reviews for third-party AI services, Generative AI tools, and AI-enabled development platforms.
  • Provide administrative support for architecture reviews and action tracking.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Analytical field or equivalent experience.
  • Foundational understanding of AI concepts including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI service consumption models.
  • Knowledge of cloud service providers such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.
  • Familiarity with reporting, dashboarding, or cost management tools is preferred.
  • Proficiency with collaboration and documentation tools like Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on operational and cost efficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting processes and technical information.
  • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams including engineering, security, compliance, and finance.
