AI Governance Specialist, Officer

What you'll do

• Support governance reviews and assessments for AI solutions, platforms, and services.
• Develop and maintain AI governance standards, processes, and documentation.
• Evaluate AI technologies against enterprise security, compliance, and cost management requirements.
• Monitor AI consumption including model utilization, licensing usage, token consumption, and operational spend.
• Identify AI cost optimization opportunities and governance controls for enterprise platforms.
• Track and report on AI platform usage metrics, trends, and governance compliance activities.
• Provide administrative support for governance meetings, architecture reviews, and action tracking.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Analytical field or equivalent experience.
• Foundational understanding of AI concepts including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI service consumption models.
• Knowledge of cloud service providers such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to operational and cost efficiency.
• Ability to document processes, governance decisions, standards, and technical information clearly.
• Familiarity with reporting, dashboarding, or cost management tools (preferred).
• Understanding collaboration and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar platforms (preferred).
