What you'll do

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of IT vendor contracts including drafting, legal review, execution, and renewal.
  • Lead complex negotiations to secure competitive pricing, favorable commercial terms, and robust service level agreements.
  • Maintain a centralized, auditable repository of all vendor contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews with strategic vendors to evaluate performance and discuss product roadmaps.
  • Perform risk assessments to identify and mitigate operational, financial, cybersecurity, and data privacy risks.
  • Develop business continuity plans and exit strategies for critical tier-1 vendor dependencies.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators to ensure vendor accountability and service quality.
  • Analyze vendor spend and performance data to provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in IT vendor management, technology procurement, contract management, or strategic sourcing.
  • Proven track record of leading complex, multi-million dollar negotiations with major technology publishers and service providers.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software licensing models, cloud services (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS), and IT service delivery frameworks.
  • Solid proficiency in contract law principles, third-party risk management (TPRM) frameworks, and data privacy regulations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to influence stakeholders and build consensus across cross-functional teams.
