The (USA) Senior Technology Operations role sits within the Content Management team, where you will serve as a hands-on technical business owner. You will translate business, operational, legal, and policy needs into executable technology experiences across associate, customer, and AI surfaces. Your daily responsibilities include performing technical discovery, configuring workflows, decision logic, actions, permissions, and business rules, and supporting Salesforce administration. You will build and maintain structured, AI-first content while enabling business onboarding from discovery through production readiness. The role requires expertise in technology enablement, business systems, and configuration. You must identify cross-system dependencies and partner with Product and Engineering teams to implement scalable changes. Key skills include experience with CRM platforms, workflow configuration, low/no-code technology, and AI-enabled automation or orchestration.

What we're looking for
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.
Option 2: 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.
5+ years of experience in technology enablement, business systems, configuration, operations, or related technical functions.
Experience translating business requirements into configured technology solutions, workflows, rules, or decision logic.
Experience taking business technology implementations from discovery through production readiness.
Experience identifying technical dependencies and working across business and technology teams.
Experience with Salesforce administration, CRM platforms, workflow configuration, or low/no-code technology (preferred).
Experience with AI-enabled technology, automation, structured content, or orchestration (preferred).
