What you'll do

Lead program estimation and resource planning for projects of small to medium complexity.

What we're looking for

Obtain a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years of experience in project or program management.
Or, possess 5 years of experience in project management, program management, or program operations.
Demonstrate expertise in program estimation, risk assessment, and mitigation techniques for projects of small to medium complexity.
Possess strong knowledge of program monitoring, control tools, and reporting processes to track milestones.
Exhibit excellent business communication skills to influence stakeholders and build consensus in complex environments.
Maintain experience with financial management, budgeting, and cost monitoring for multiple projects.
Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Master’s degree in a related field and 2 years of experience in project or program management (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
