The position requires expertise in program management, CRM, contact center technology, workflow orchestration, and AI. You will solve complex problems by bridging business needs with technology execution to create a unified, scalable ecosystem that enhances organizational performance and operational efficiency.

What you'll do

Own the business technology experience across multiple CES technology categories, platforms, vendors, and AI capabilities.
Define enterprise requirements, priorities, and acceptance criteria for technology initiatives.
Lead decisions regarding capability placement, rationalization, standardization, and consolidation.
Establish scalable technology patterns and resolve interoperability issues across different systems and domains.
Define how AI capabilities and agents operate across the entire technology ecosystem.
Influence Product and Engineering roadmaps by providing business requirements and desired outcomes.
Drive improvements in AHT, RCR, associate experience, customer outcomes, and cost to serve.

What we're looking for

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of experience in project management, program management, or program operations.
Option 2: 7 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.
7+ years of experience leading complex technology, operations, product, or business transformation.
Experience defining requirements and driving capabilities across multiple systems or platforms.
Ability to lead complex initiatives across Business, Product, and Engineering teams.
Experience using performance data and operational outcomes to evaluate technology effectiveness.
Strong executive communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience with CRM, contact center technology, workflow orchestration, or AI (preferred).
Experience with technology portfolios, modernization, standardization, or consolidation (preferred).
Master’s degree in a related field and 4 years of experience in project management, program management, or program operations (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
