What you'll do

Lead the planning, monitoring, and execution of medium-complexity technology programs to meet strategic objectives.
Translate business needs into actionable technology solutions and priority product enhancements.
Own and drive stakeholder engagements for quarterly planning, KPI definition, and executive updates.
Manage workstreams for technology component decomposition, execution plans, and feedback loops.
Define and execute project plans within an agile environment to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Perform risk assessments and resource estimations to drive successful project delivery.
Present and persuade key decision-makers, including Director and Vice President levels.
Build structure and rigor in program management practices to inspire creativity and innovation.

What we're looking for

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years of experience in project or program management.
Option 2: 5 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.
Experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, and Power BI.
Working knowledge of AI concepts that enhance and measure developer productivity.
Working knowledge of product development concepts including DevOps Infrastructure, CI/CD Tools, and Cloud platforms.
Experience using collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence key decision makers and present to Director and Vice President levels.
Master’s degree in a related field and 2 years of experience in project or program management (preferred).
