JOB TITLE: (USA) Manager, Technology Operations The Manager, Technology Operations leads technical programs and operational workstreams within the Merchandise Transformation Catalog team. What you'll do

Manage technical programs and operational workstreams by tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and testing.
Translate business needs into clear requirements, use cases, acceptance criteria, and testing scenarios.
Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Merchandising teams to deliver against timelines.
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and defects to identify gaps and coordinate corrective actions.
Analyze data and system behavior to identify root causes and automation opportunities.
Support release readiness through testing, documentation, training, and implementation planning.
Drive continuous improvement and operational stability for enterprise catalog platforms and item data quality.

What we're looking for

Obtain a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years of experience in project or program management.
Alternatively, possess 5 years of experience in project management, program management, or program operations.
Experience managing technical projects or workstreams, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery.
Working knowledge of merchandising processes, item and product data, and how technology supports business operations.
Ability to translate business needs into requirements, use cases, testing scenarios, and actionable plans.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
Effective communication and collaboration skills across business and technology teams.
Master’s degree in a related field (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
