Oversee sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations.

Supervise, train, and mentor staff while fostering a culture of inclusion and professional development.

What we're looking for
Must possess a Master Plumber license and 5 years of experience in facilities management, construction management, electrical maintenance, or engineering.
Alternatively, must have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field with 3 years of relevant experience.
Must obtain EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.
Must hold a Master Electrician License or equivalent in the state where work is performed.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and supervising others is preferred.
Preferred experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in optical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environments.
Type I and Type II Environmental Protection Agency certifications for refrigerant handling are preferred.
Knowledge of building controls or related areas is preferred.
