What we're looking for
An Associate’s degree or equivalent technical certification (e.g., Maintenance, Controls, Electrical) is required.
Candidates must have 1 year of experience in operations, distribution, logistics, or retail with specific leadership and staffing responsibilities.
Alternatively, candidates may have at least 3 years of experience in a maintenance or related technical environment with the same leadership responsibilities.
Experience must include supervising and developing managers/supervisors and managing workload across multiple departments.
Candidates must be able to participate in hiring and promotions.
Proficiency in overseeing maintenance operations for warehouse equipment, pneumatic systems, electrical systems, and ammonia refrigeration is preferred.
Knowledge of state and federal regulations including OSHA, Hazardous Waste, NFPA, Storm Water, and DOT is preferred.
