Manager, Production Maintenance

What you'll do

• Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise a team of electrical, mechanical, and PLC maintenance specialists.
• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
• Manage spare parts inventory to ensure critical components are available while optimizing costs.
• Oversee all reactive maintenance activities including troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work order tracking and data analysis.
• Analyze maintenance metrics like MTBF and OEE to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Manage the annual maintenance budget, including labor, parts, and capital improvement expenditures.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. Person due to access requirements for export-controlled information or facilities.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing maintenance role.
• 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership or supervisory position.
• Proven experience implementing and managing Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and P&IDs.
• Knowledge of instrumentation and calibration techniques.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
