What you'll do

What we're looking for

7+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing maintenance.
At least 3-5 years of experience in maintenance leadership or supervisory roles.
Proven ability to implement and manage PM/PdM programs effectively.
Strong track record of improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime.
Proficiency with CMMS software for work order management and data analysis.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and P&IDs.
Knowledge of instrumentation and calibration techniques.
