The Training Manager, AI Experiences joins the AIX Ops team to establish a deliberate learning function for an organization focused on end-user AI products like Copilot and Search. Manage corporate training compliance by tracking completion rates and escalating gaps to leadership.
Lead the Aspire program to provide specialized onboarding and professional development for university hires.
Measure training success through behavioral changes, tool adoption metrics, and data quality rather than just completion rates.
Scale training delivery using train-the-trainer models and AI-assisted tools for content creation and reporting.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in learning and development, technical/professional training, enablement, or program management with a substantial training component.
10+ years of experience in learning and development, enablement, or training program management is preferred.
Experience building curriculum from needs analysis through design, delivery, and measurement for large, distributed audiences.
Experience delivering training in technical or engineering environments while collaborating with subject matter experts.
Formal grounding in instructional design and adult learning models such as ADDIE, 70-20-10, or Kirkpatrick evaluation.
Experience building manager enablement around performance, compensation, or talent cycles in partnership with HR.
Experience driving adoption for internal platforms, managing compliance training, or building AI fluency programs.
