Training & Adoption Manager

What you'll do

• Create and manage training collateral for product capabilities and technical systems for end users.
• Convert complex product features into clear learning objectives and instructional content.
• Design diverse training curricula including presentations, hands-on practicals, and simulations.
• Deliver in-person classroom instruction and hands-on training at customer sites and hazard zones.
• Educate military, government, and commercial customers on hardware and software offerings.
• Act as a subject matter expert for counter-intrusion and counter-unmanned systems.
• Serve as the voice of the customer by identifying pain points to inform product development.
• Maintain and update training materials to reflect new features and system functionalities.

What we're looking for

• Experience in planning, developing, and delivering technical training programs.
• Proficiency in ADDIE, adult learning theories, and instructional design for technical fields.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including to Hazard Zones for extended periods.
• Experience explaining complex technical terminology to non-technical audiences is preferred.
• Prior military or government agency experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of munitions storage and handling controls is preferred.
• Ability to work in cross-functional environments and communicate across various mediums.
