JOB TITLE: Senior Principal AI Trainer
The Senior Principal AI Trainer leads AI education, adoption, and enablement efforts to empower analysts and operational professionals. You will develop, refine, and deliver practical training on modern AI capabilities, including Large Language Models, Computer Vision, and Agentic AI applications. Daily responsibilities include creating mission-relevant vignettes, designing curriculum, and providing in-person workshops and demonstrations at customer locations. You will translate complex technical concepts into approachable instruction, producing self-paced learning resources, job aids, and scenario-based exercises. Key competencies include curriculum design, data analytics, knowledge management, and experience with prompt engineering. This role bridges the gap between advanced AI capabilities and day-to-day mission execution, helping users incorporate AI-enabled tools into analytical and operational workflows to accelerate routine tasks and improve decision-making within a government and intelligence context.
Develop and update AI training curricula focused on LLMs, computer vision, and Agentic AI applications.
Create realistic, mission-relevant vignettes and hands-on exercises for analytical and operational workflows.
Deliver instructor-led training, workshops, and demonstrations to audiences with varying technical experience levels.
Travel to customer locations to provide in-person classroom instruction and practical training sessions.
Produce educational programs, self-paced learning resources, quick-reference guides, and job aids for non-technical users.
Gather feedback from students and stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and improve instructional methods.
Collaborate with AI and analytic teams to ensure training materials align with new software updates and capabilities.
What we're looking for
Must be a US Citizen.
Must currently possess a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI + Polygraph.
Must have 10+ years of related experience.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Must have experience developing and delivering instructor-led training, workshops, or user enablement programs for technical and non-technical audiences.
Must have a practical understanding of generative AI tools, including Large Language Models and prompt engineering.
TS/SCI Clearance with current or willingness to obtain CI polygraph.
