As a Senior Principal AI Trainer, you will lead education, adoption, and enablement efforts to empower analysts and operational professionals using artificial intelligence. You will develop, refine, and deliver practical training on modern capabilities including Large Language Models, Computer Vision, and Agentic AI applications. Your daily work involves creating mission-relevant vignettes and hands-on scenarios to integrate these technologies into analytical workflows. You will produce instructional materials such as quick-reference guides, job aids, and self-paced resources while delivering in-person workshops and demonstrations at customer locations. Key competencies include curriculum design, data analytics, knowledge management, and scenario-based training. To succeed, you must possess a strong understanding of prompt engineering and generative AI tools. This role bridges the gap between advanced technical capabilities and practical mission execution to build an AI-literate workforce in a high-security environment.
Develop and update training curricula for LLMs, computer vision tools, and agentic AI capabilities.
Create mission-relevant vignettes and hands-on exercises to demonstrate AI integration into operational workflows.
Deliver instructor-led training, workshops, and demonstrations to users with varying technical experience levels.
Produce educational materials including self-paced resources, quick-reference guides, and job aids for non-technical users.
Travel to customer locations to provide in-person instruction and hands-on training sessions.
Gather stakeholder feedback to identify knowledge gaps and improve instructional methods and course content.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure training materials align with the latest AI software updates.
What we're looking for
Must be a United States citizen.
Must possess a current Top Secret/SCI clearance and be willing to obtain a CI polygraph.
Must have 10 or more years of related experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Demonstrated experience developing and delivering instructor-led training, workshops, or user enablement programs for technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong practical understanding of generative AI tools, including Large Language Models, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted analytical tools.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear instruction and create scenario-based learning content.
TS/SCI Clearance with current or willingness to obtain CI polygraph.
