What you'll do

• Define and manage training strategies for diverse audiences across a global operations environment.
• Apply adult learning theories and frameworks like ADDIE in a rapid, iterative production cycle.
• Manage a portfolio of projects by prioritizing timelines, assessing scope changes, and providing status updates.
• Translate complex technical concepts from engineers and data scientists into accessible training content and documentation.
• Produce multi-format learning materials including written, video, and interactive content.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content drafting and create innovative, interactive learning experiences.
• Measure training effectiveness and analyze error trends to identify and close knowledge gaps.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with experience implementing training programs on a global scale.
• 5+ years of experience defining training strategy and managing training programs for diverse audiences in a global operations environment.
• Proficiency in learning theory and adult learning concepts, including the ability to apply frameworks like ADDIE iteratively.
• Proven program management skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional writing skills to distill complex technical topics into simple language for a global audience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with AI tools for content development (preferred).
• Facilitation skills, including Train-the-Trainer program delivery (preferred).
