The Manager, Applied AI joins the Enterprise Analytics & AI team to design, build, and deploy practical AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact across the organization. This role involves working hands-on with various teams to identify workflow opportunities, building low-code AI agents, and managing complex custom solutions like multi-agent systems or advanced process automation. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert on enterprise platforms, evaluate third-party software for security and fit, and partner with talent development to create training content. Key technical requirements include proficiency in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 and Copilot Studio, along with familiarity with Power Platform, Azure AI services, Databricks, Python, and SQL. The role focuses on translating advanced capabilities into user-facing solutions while ensuring responsible AI practices across all internal business operations.
Design, build, and deploy low-code AI agents and complex multi-agent systems to address specific business needs.
Consult with internal teams to identify workflow opportunities and co-develop tailored AI solutions.
Serve as a subject matter expert on the capabilities and limitations of enterprise AI platforms.
Evaluate third-party AI software for security, functionality, and alignment with responsible AI practices.
Analyze organizational usage data to identify trends and recommend actions to improve AI adoption.
Create and deliver training content to help employees use AI tools effectively and responsibly.
Monitor emerging AI technologies and proactively recommend relevant features for the organization's needs.
Manage and mentor a team of employees supporting AI adoption functions.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field such as computer science, information systems, engineering, data science, or a related discipline.
8+ years of experience within the industry or in a technology function with significant achievements and upward growth.
Demonstrated experience designing, building, or managing AI agents or similar AI-driven solutions.
Strong familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled productivity tools.
Prior experience leading, mentoring, or managing direct reports, or demonstrated readiness to step into a people leadership role.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
Experience managing employees in a technology function (preferred).
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI services, Databricks, or proficiency in Python and SQL (preferred).
