What you'll do

Lead hardware integration, environmental qualification, and functional test execution for maritime and subsea systems.
Own Hardware-in-the-Loop (HITL) test architecture, plan generation, and execution to validate system sequencing and sensor responses.
Design and oversee high-pressure hydrostatic proof, burst, and cyclic pressure tests for subsea hardware.
Correlate physical test data against MBSE architecture and finite element models to validate stress calculations.
Execute end-to-end test campaigns ranging from coupon-level mechanical evaluations to full-scale integrated asset testing.
Generate comprehensive Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) packages to substantiate qualification claims for government partners.
Manage test infrastructure, instrumentation suites, and coordination with accredited laboratories for complex environmental tests.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Systems, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
7+ years of experience in hardware test execution, integration, and qualification for defense, subsea, aerospace, or launch systems.
Proficiency in executing HITL, electro-mechanical functional testing, and high-pressure hydrostatic testing.
Experience defining instrumentation suites and modern data acquisition (DAQ) architectures.
Proven track record of preparing test plans, TRRs, and formal OQE packages for defense or marine customers.
Must be a U.S. Person to access export-controlled information.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Experience with subsea systems, MBSE tools, scripting in Python/MATLAB/LabVIEW, or heavy metallic fabrication (preferred).
