What you'll do

Develop and implement high-fidelity automated test procedures for components and full systems.
Build testing capabilities across the manufacturing value stream from in-process validation to final acceptance.
Manage a test ecosystem to de-risk hardware and ensure products meet reliability and design goals.
Perform data-driven root cause analysis on electromechanical subsystems using structured problem-solving methods.
Design semi-automated testing equipment and protocols for subsystem characterization and environmental testing.
Create controlled test processes and troubleshooting logic for use by the technician team in production systems.
Maintain detailed testing logs and a library of error codes to facilitate fast issue resolution.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a relevant field, preferably testing electro-mechanical hardware in manufacturing.
Experience in hardware testing and automated test systems.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Matlab, or SHELL.
Experience with communication protocols including USB, Ethernet, RS232, RS485, PCIe, HDMI, and CAN.
Experience developing full system test plans for sensors, actuators, and electrical components.
Ability to prototype and execute tests from experimental setup to hardware and software implementation.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance.
