What you'll do

Develop and implement high-fidelity, automated test procedures for both component and system levels.
Execute root cause analysis of electromechanical subsystems using structured problem-solving methodologies.
Design and implement semi-automated testing equipment/protocols for reliability and environmental testing.
Collaborate with the design/systems team to perform risk assessments throughout product development cycles.
Produce and maintain testing logs/data, developing error code libraries for troubleshooting.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
3+ years of hardware testing and automated test systems experience
Proficiency in Python, Matlab, SHELL, or similar programming languages
Experience developing full system test plans for fast-paced projects
Hands-on prototyping and implementation of tests for electromechanical systems
Ability to design semi-automated testing equipment/protocols for reliability testing
Secret clearance required
