Telecom Manager, Telecom Systems Management

What you'll do

• Build and lead the Telecom Systems Management team from initial formation into a mature, high-performing organization.
• Establish and govern auditable network and telecom standards while driving automation and self-service tools.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of telecom systems of record through defined authoritative data practices.
• Lead continuous compliance monitoring and audit-ready practices to remediate risks including NERC CIP obligations.
• Act as the primary bridge between Network Engineering, Telecom Engineering, and Network Operations teams.
• Manage the network monitoring ecosystem by establishing roadmaps for tools that provide real-time visibility and incident response.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of telecommunications experience, or Associate degree and 12 years of experience, or HS diploma/GED and 16 years of experience.
• Experience with network and telecom platforms such as IP/MPLS, transport systems, EMS/NMS tools, and automation frameworks.
• Proven ability to build organizations, operating models, and governance frameworks from early-stage concepts (preferred).
• Applicable technical certifications (preferred).
